Part Three Now that you understand what "Modernitis" is and how it affects your survival systems heroic efforts to try to save you from these strange unfamiliar modern man hazards, you can take action to head it off. Understanding what goes on here helps, but you have to be one step ahead to Stop it.These are automatically programmed over the centuries, ingrained survival system attempts to save you.
Your job is to stop them from trying so hard to do what they conclude is saving you, but in valiant efforts of their doing so
inadvertently causes your own self destruction.
Three things you can correct or do, to stop this:
You may not think you are dying, but your body is using those mentioned clues that are obvious.No, not your doctor, look at their record, no improvement in helping patients survive these degenerative diseases, same as 1950. (or like diabetes, much worse) you have enough common sense to wake up and use versions (will explain later) of both 1. and number 2. mentioned above, you are almost certain to be on the road to being a statistic that fits right in with the 86% of diabetics, (80% non diabetics) overcome by this "Modernitis Disease" trap. Not sure but likely the other 14% get run over by a truck, drink or smoke themselves to death, become a victim of prescriptions and/or the medical system which is the third largest killer.Every issue you hear alerts from us about what you can do to keep the medical system from killing you, (Statistic wise, proven biggest hazard right after heart attacks and cancer. It just is not cool for the ad supported media to tell you about this one) We tell you cause we got guts (naive) and NO ADS.Actually, we were sort of hoping enough of you would subscribe and send us a check so I would not have to keep paying the whole printing bill and postage bill out of my other income, (which my four, 50 year old kids have sort of had their eye on.) (especially since I have had one foot on the diabetic banana peel)
Cut 50% Or Ten Years Off Your Life. The killer words are "Accumulated Modernitis Disease" What you have accumulated is the affect of shockingly high blood sugar spikes for 40 to 60 years. Each year your Insulin level has risen to compensate to where you now have likely 4 to 6 times the normal insulin level necessary just to function. This is called Hyperinsulinemia.The catastrophe is your building up Insulin Resistance. Every time you went on a sugar binge (example: had a Coke) your blood sugar spiked. (went off the charts).
To keep this from harming your cells and to dispose of it, since you were not running around the block burning
the sugar, your body made high insulin levels to dispose of it, either thru forcing cells to accept it, and or just making "fat cells". Insulin is basically Before artificial externally sourced medicinal insulin was available, diabetics lived by eating only meat and fats.With exercise, muscles absorb blood Glucose and surprisingly even when resting. Without regular exercise, there are fewer muscles to absorb high blood sugar and insulin resistance mounts. As it gets higher, the ante is raised and more insulin is peaked to make cells accept the surplus sugar. These cells do not want to become fat cells so they develop insulin resistance higher still. After decades of this, insulin level production peaks at max and blood sugar is now out of control.As a diabetic you know what out of control blood sugar levels do, in "complications". Kidney damage and failure. loss of eye sight. nerves in feet, hands etc. What has really already done considerable damage is the HIGH insulin levels. Often more damage then the high blood sugar did to your cells.Your cells, due to high insulin resistance now "starve" unless there is high insulin to force blood sugar acceptance.
You are starved literally so you overeat, making higher blood sugar, equals even
higher insulin which turns the high blood sugar into fat.
Obesity in 70% of population. Loosing weight is almost impossible with high insulin and any quantity of refined carbs at all in the diet.
This is the worse health catastrophe ever known to man. (caused entirely by diet and other man made inputs.) This high insulin (insulinemia) (Modernitis disease) causes blood vessels to harden (hardening of the arteries,) and affects strokes, and a list of side affects too long for this article. In my research of thousands of studies and over 85 books to date, many talk about things that can lower insulin resistance. I can not list one that I can say I have found that I can suggest to you to correct the "accumulated" higher and higher insulin resistance you have developed and the higher and higher damage. Supposedly, and it makes sense, that if you never have a sugar spike again you have STOPPED adding or raising your insulin resistance and/or making your insulin level to go even higher then is necessary now just to function and get our cells to accept blood sugar and keep you going. This means keeping your blood sugar below 150 and your a1c below 6 as an approximate guess.
My insulin level, was 20, (normal is 10) (this was well after
I had my blood sugar under 6. (insulin test was taken only after my insistence, my doctor was not interested,) even though he had given me medications to raise my insulin even further
Got off that in about a week after I found out what side affectsThis is crazy, the high insulin is the real problem and they are giving you medication to force your pancreas to produce even more even though it is producing four or more time normal already to overcome your insulin resistance. Your pancreas finally gives up in exhaustion.
Now you are on outside insulin shots for life, and your high insulin level has
done you so much damage you are not long for this world with heart failure, cardiovascular
This is why we say diabetes is just a symptom, heart attacks, cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, all of these are just symptoms of the cause which is Modernitis Disease. Define. We are currently researching (not given up
yet on something to lower insulin resistance,) and on undoing the high insulin I find out I am running even though my blood sugar is now considered well under control without any
medication whatsoever for over a year.
Yes, I am working on finding the time to do enough research to find answers for you and me both on how to undo damage from high insulin levels and their being continued high of necessity because of "high insulin resistance" . Unfortunately, I had to read a lot of books before it became obvious to me that diabetes was, and now I find all Modernitis diseases are accumulative.It takes years of this viscous cycle of higher and higher each year. I do want to remind you of three factors involved here that I am not covering in this article. Lack of Fiber, and the crucial affect of stress on all of this. Also Keep in mind what is known as the PH factor, (normally slightly alkaline) which means the acid or alkaline balance in the body necessary for health. Unfortunately, Modernitis Disease causes, all making your ph acidic. Also note: I can not send you anywhere to read anyone that agrees with my "Modernitis" all one disease and all these other self destruct killers such as cancer, strokes, heart attacks etc. are merely symptoms, just as diabetes is just a symptom. Much of what you read here in the entire issue are clarifications of what is going on that I personally worked out, I did not read them. Therefore keep in mind I am not quoting some authorative source. Think about it.... I do not think you have to be a rocket scientist to figure much of this out.
