We have, until now, never had to really ask for help, to keep our work going.
The recession affect means less Then 60% of our costs, in production - publication
are now paid for out of income.
To make up the deficit we have had to sell three pieces of real estate we had over many years accumulated with hard work, in the last year to keep this going as usual, both the web sites and newspaper hard copy, (for those not on the web) (We sell nor allow no advertising in our newspaper. Only Google adsense on the web.)
Keep both the site and hard copy going with constant new research and releases of important new 'survival" information.
With out your help we will soon have to essentially stop the dozens of new pages of material monthly on the web, and cut the newspaper edition from 24 page full color to 12 page black and white.
We feel we have an explosion of new material we need to bring to you as soon as we can sort it out as to how you can best use the information. We do not want to have to stop doing that and just let sit what we have posted.
We research and share this new material to best maintain both of our on going health and well being.
The average diabetic spends $10,000 a year on medical costs over their diabetic remaining life time according to released figures.
Save that....and extend your life...We think you can increase your diabetic life expectancy by 15 years and live a normal life, without medical costs or complications,
............that is exactly what we are successfully working at and what we are asking for your $ help with.

Harlan is well past entitled to retire, age (80 plus) and is doing this voluntarily to try to make a difference by continued research and sharing what he learns with his extensive following daily all the developments on asthma for his wife, and as a long time researcher, problem solver, publisher.
He is currently working hard to keep alive his 3 hard copy newspapers (oldest 38 years) and keep fully employed many employees, many of whom have been with him over 20 years, as well as this and many more web sites and the associated employees.
He is also involved with real estate (12 vacation rental homes in Arizona) that is currently having difficult times.
Harlan Does Not Need This Extra Work.
The idea here with this web site is to help people with Diabetes and you can help with this project by making a donation.

Note: Please help us get the needed 500 additional subscribers to keep the hard copies published as needed,
to help pay the ever increasing printing and mailing costs so we do not have to make up the deficit, which we can not continue to do with current business conditions in our other businesses.
We have expanded the paper to 24 pages with full color graphics and feel we have that much or more information you need to know about each month.
This is a lot of work we do not get paid for.
in addition to all the work for free, It frankly in addition costs us out of pocket.
We constantly update it and are researching and covering much that improves yours (and my) life expectancy, to *regain the 15 years lost with diagnosis of diabetes.
Please help with hard copy newspaper gift subscriptions, telling friends etc about this site and publication as well as contributing anything you can.
Unlike expensive on going prescriptions others with diabetes are paying, this has NO adverse side effects.
Not hoping to sell you anything and only supply you with information that I personally "bet my life on". (successfully).
