You will stop being ravishingly hungry since you are not starved or energy- you are now running on your fat – not sugar – Remember – all low fat items were and are packed with extra sugar – to make up for the poor taste of low fat – The sugar is the very thing your body turns to fat, not fat itself. You caused the very thing you are trying to prevent. Eating Fat makes you feel full. So when you eat low fat, you switch to eating even higher sugar to seem full.
