Insulin IS a Fat Making Hormone- That Is Its NUMBER ONE JOB-

When your body makes high insulin to force muscle cells to absorb excess sugar the High Insulin does three things

Makes your cells become eventually (insensitive) totally insulin resistant. This, when when nearly totaled, is called DIABETES.

The High Insulin does body damage and severely cuts life expectancy.

NUMBER ONE THING HIGH INSULIN DOES WITH EXCESS SUGAR: Make and primarily Expand Body Fat Cells.

Note: High Fat does not make body fat cells only High Sugar- and HIGH INSULIN the Fat Hormone that MAKES FAT CELLS-

High Sugar = High Insulin Fat making

Hormone = High Number of large fat cells

Every time a muscle cell is turned into a fat cell- your body has one less place to put high sugar levels.

Results- every fat cell makes it more likely the next high sugar will HAVE TO ALSO WIND UP AS A FAT CELL. since there will be one less absorbing cell to accept it.
