Two of the most undiagnosed and misdiagnosed conditions in America today are gluten intolerance and/or Celiac disease.There are many other foods that are the wrong fuel for your body but we will go with these two above examples here. We explain this so that you get to understand why we suggest the current repair bills are a waste of time and you can almost instantly solve a lifetime of problems with a simple change to fuel input your were designed for. You will hear us say that the simple natural solution is doing what your body was designed for.We talk about a switch to what we call the "caveman" or paleo diet to clear up in weeks what has been likely causing you problems all your life. not just as a fix for diabetes or obesity (which it is). Gluten intolerance is the body's inability to process the protein found in wheat, barley, rye and sometimes oats.This is one of the agriculture foods introduced to mans diet about 10,000 years ago. Not long enough to develop an automatic adjustment. The two examples we talk about here are from "grains",Celiac disease is a handed down part of your survival system referred to as an auto-immune response to the proteins (gluten) in wheat, barley, rye and sometimes even oats. People who are finally diagnosed with celiac disease typically are gluten intolerant their whole life and have over their life time had a long list of ailments and symptoms and have been spending big money on these health complaintsOne in 11 people is gluten intolerant. with a much smaller number are listed classified as victims of more severe version or full blown "Celiac" disease. Symptoms can include abdominal pain, bloating, alternating diarrhea/ constipation, gas, eczema/ psoriasis, irritability, depression, headaches, weight gain or loss and even chronic anemia.At some point in life, and it can be at any age, people who have no inherited ability to handle gluten, experience a trigger event, causing the auto-immune response to consider this substance a foreign hazard that needs to be immediately eliminated from the body and in attempts to do so inadvertently the extreme methods used to do so, starts destroying the intestinal villi. This can be set off by any event that causes stress to the body: pregnancy/childbirth, infection, a heart attack, surgery or injury or even a major life stressful event..The "rid your body" of the substance crash survival campaign by your body, becomes so severe an attack on the offender, it results in the inadvertent destruction of the intestinal villi and causes and results in problems in every organ in the body, which can be confusing as you (and your doctor) try to figure out why you feel sick. Average time to diagnosis this in US 15 years, it is reported only 3% diagnosed correctly, which leaves a stunning 97 percent undiagnosed and/or misdiagnosed. The destruction of the villi leads to malabsorption of all nutrients, which eventually leads to you being diagnosed with malnutrition.There are an estimated 3 million people in US suffering from severe Celiac disease symptoms and only 3 percent of those people are diagnosed correctly. It is reported taking less then three weeks to get correctly diagnosed with Celiac disease in Italy; in the United States, on average, nine to 12 years, other reports say average is 15 years. As they wait, Patients in the US suffer needlessly for these 12 (to 15) years and endure expensive medical treatments and drugs (that add additional problems with side affects). Drugs do not cure the problem or help and sometimes make symptoms worse, plus often causing new health problems over time with adverse side affects. The only successful treatment for Celiac disease or any ailment caused because of eating food you were not designed for is a life-long adherence to a diet free of these substances. Our point is if you are not well, you can spend years and a lot of misery and money trying to figure which food you are eating that your body considers to be a foreign dangerous substance and is fighting to eliminate it. Simple and fast and inexpensive, least bothersome and most absolute...is QUIT eating all food your body was not designed for. Figure out what your ancestors ate 1,000 years ago and make that your "today" diet list.. (this is our suggestion instead of just eliminating gluten and wheat or other grain products) In a few weeks you will notice a tremendous change for the better. Now if you like you can add one of these foods you were likely not designed for back in as a test.. When you get no reaction from it or downside or change, in 30 days, you can continue it and add it back into your diet.. That's right, a very simple diet change, fixes all of these life long health ailments by simply the action to stop eating foods that contain what you were not designed for...which essential means the list eaten by "caveman" or your ancestors... or you can obtain a surpringly long list of foods that you were not aware contain gluten and just cut those. (beer is example) Some of the many symptoms people experience with Celiac (or other not designed for foods ) are headaches, alternating, diarrhea/ constipation, abdominal pain and bloating, constant fatigue, joints in constant pain,, itchy skin, infertility, depression, unusual numbness and tingling in fingers and toes, and abnormal amount of bruising. The surprising aspect of celiac disease is that some people have had it for life and have never previously had any symptoms at all that were apparent, often accepting what they have had as just "part of life" because often their relatives have the same thing going on. Here is the surprise, that you may not be aware of.... why many will resist eliminating the offending food, even for a two week test... Many get a HIGH from the foods that are killing them....... Many become addicted to the very foods that are killing them..... The high is pleasurable and addictive. You explain this to a person that obviously needs to test to see if this food substance may be causing them big health problems.They will say, "well. you do not know for sure that this is my problem and I just love pizza, pasta, dougnuts, toast etc. and I am not giving them up..". This last statement is real evidence they are hooked on a food their body is intolerant to, and getting an adverse body reaction adrenalin "high" from consuming it.They will react angrily, like the alcoholic reacts, when you try to get them to do a test by abstaining from these foods totally for two weeks or more. It often just wont happen: trying to get them to do a simple elimination from the diet for a short term test. Now you understand why and why this is a clear indication this needs to be done.These same people will be ill, miss work, be days in the hospital and spend much money "doctoring" for years on "trying" to get well. But they can not get themselves to do a test where they are required to "give up" a likely offending food for two weeks as a test, because they are hooked on getting a high from eating it. In the US when you seek medical assistance for gluten intolerance or full blown Celiac disease, you often get misdiagnosed: with migraine headaches, IBS, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, allergies, thyroid disease, gastric reflux and the list goes on as they spend years of misery and money on medical treatment. A few of those 3% that have solved the Celiac or gluten intolerance problem (or other trouble some foods, gluten is best example) do fix it themselves by tests of eliminating a suspected food from their menu and notice great health improvements literally within days. Some have to use a food logging system for best results in determining.The Tuesday Club on the web from Australia have what looks like a great food logging system, to detect what is intolerant on your menu.
