My job is to figure out how to save my hide from early demise, (diabetes etc) and let you also benefit to the max from what I find out. Practically every day I am sharing with you what I am uncover and so far my research and one hell of a lot of work, has really helped my life extension and overall well being and a lot of other people, who are also finding it has really helped them too. But oh, oh, I find I am in trouble and finally I see some research that sheds some light in the window on what the problem is, but I just am understanding this, a whole new phase of understanding what is really going on with my ( and your ) diabetes. But, so far I have NO clue as to what the real answer or solution to this is, but here it is as I uncover it and the minute you hear anything of help contact me or if I do I will be right back with you, understand I am just getting on to this, new phase, so hang in there, but I am in physical trouble here (medical etc) so I am scratching.... Here is what I wrote after reading the new discovery's on this.....
Normally you would be burning fat with low blood glucose and low insulin, except during emergency fast sugar needed. This looks like a problem with the obese person too perhaps, he unknowingly has too developed over time an ornery liver that wont let the body burn fat on low insulin, quiet periods, it dumps glucose in anyway. So the liver is dumping in glucose almost uncontrolled, around the clock, this accounts for unpredictable wild glucose (high) swings for no reason, you have sugar developed from what you ate plus, what ever the liver decides to throw in.. now more or less uncontrolled by insulin.
With diabetes, in addition, your liver is like insulin resistant muscle cells. it is NOT hearing because of not high enough insulin level or has become so
resistant to insulin it is ignoring the message. It therefore keeps releasing glucose into the blood stream over night when you would normally be running on
fat cells production or conversion of energy.
Therefore you awake in the morning with not having used (burnt) any energy (from sugar or stored fat to speak of) but your liver is dumping glucose into the blood stream anyway thereby raising the blood sugar levels to high danger levels (very high fasting blood sugar levels) Reading up on these recent discovery' s etc I am uncovering no one offering or suggesting any obvious new solution, other then to dump in higher artificial insulin to force your liver to acknowledge the shut down, but then you have as usual all the problems that go with higher insulin. My problem currently and personal concern is that my fasting blood sugar has been creeping up, now as high as 150, over the last year, but my regular blood sugar from meals etc is not a problem. I have that under control from diet control etc. Have known for a long time that fasting blood sugar and eating blood sugar are two distinct problems, one of which now appears to be under control but the other has crept up to where it appears to have no distinct solution. Looks to me that a diabetic and obese person both may have a liver gone ape as major key to the problem, dumping glucose unscheduled and relatively not under normal control.
Since Writing the Above........ Found in my research....one line.... It says something, lowers "fasting blood sugar... Aloe Vera consumption, extract etc. Now I have been growing in my garden in AZ, around the property somewhere on all 12 AZ rental property's and have information that all renters are welcome to use any of the plants for experimental healing etc., so Aloe was nothing new, but had not heard it mentioned for diabetes fasting. Had heard it helped diabetics but never figured out a way and still have not, to take the stuff....since I have the real plants everywhere and could not use it up eating it full time, I have not tried commercial processed versions. In the meantime, it occurred to me, that when you eat fat or meat it takes a long time before digestion stops adding it to the blood stream as a source of energy. sugar I eat goes right now in a peak, meat and fat are very slow digestion and even mixed in with anything high glycemic (turns to blood sugar fast) meat and fat added slows the digestion of it down considerably eliminating the big peaks. Since my morning fasting blood sugar has been rising and had gotten to 150 which they tell me is not good... I decided to try eating protein before going to bed.Tried two eggs and small amount of hamburger before going to bed.. Result... Two days running....under 120 morning fasting blood sugar. So then last night I tried eating a little Aloe Vera pulp (clear part) mixed with a few things and sure enough, my blood sugar was 124 this am. Medicare says you have to test 125 or more two days running to be qualified as a diabetic. (once qualified you never have to test for them again, since you are considered a "life time" diabetic). That of course does not mean that if you go below you are not a diabetic, I just mention it as a reference point. Since I promised you to keep you posted... this listed above in what I have done so far.Have not talked to others so there are likely some good answers I will be hearing down the road and will post them here. In the mean time will report back what I find on my tests, and experiments, with more tests of the same, and anything new I hear might work. Review..... You have two sources of high blood sugar......
