Abdominal obesity is considered bad news for many health situations. Obesity around the middle is now defined as having a waist circumference over 40 inches for men or 35 inches for women. Now to be classed as obese, you just have to arrive at your middle obesity measurement.More then that you apparently open yourself up to additional escalating health problems piled on some more according to another new study. Several explanations on why the weight here is particularly bad but have not heard anything helpful other then you need to get rid of it. Most study's have to do with fitness and the least fit 20 percent had a death rate in this recent study twice as high as people who did 30 minutes of walking five days a week. Almost every study shows lowering you waist size as an indicator of where your health trend and life expectancy is going....Those who were more fit of course on these studies wind up with even greater life expectancy etc. The problem is that even with exercise, the waist bulge seems hardest of all to get rid of and we are collecting every clue we can put together to see if there is not a ready answer that works. Keep us posted on anything that works or better yet WORKED in getting your waist down in short order.
